Rina's Commissions

1. Copyright
a. As the artist, I retain full rights to repost and use commissioned work as advertisement and portfolio piece. I might stream the commission process (with watermark).
b. As clients you may repost and use the artwork ONLY for personal use with a credit link back to the artist’s page. This includes printing up to 5 pieces of the art in a certain medium as long as it isn’t for profit.
c. The commission might be posted through forms of rough sketch, line and finished piece at any time decided by the artist. Clients may request the artist to make a private or time sensitive commission before the work is started.
d. Altering the artwork is a case by case situation. Any altering without asking is prohibited with the exception of cropping and resizing.
e. The above only applies to personal commission only. For any commercial use please contact me directly. (If you wish to change a personal commission to a commercial one, you may do so by contacting me and we will work out the details!)

2. Commission Process
To commission:
a. Normal commissions can be made through Twitter or Vgen, if you wish to remain anonymous you can email for commission. (All sites recorded down in the footer)
b. Commissions are first come first serve. Queue will be recorded on Trello .
c. If your request doesn’t fall in any of the example commissions, I will be able to give a quote that lasts for 3 months, any request put on pause needs a new quote after the time period ends.
d. The artist may work on multiple commissions simultaneously but the finished piece will be delivered in order.
e. All requests need to be approved with ref and written text before proceeding.
What to expect:
a. A clear ref sheet of the character is needed and I would really love to hear the lore of your characters to make sure I capture their personality correctly!
b. Please provide as much or as little direction you want. Edits at the appropriate stage (For example adjusting colour after colouring) will be of no cost.
c. The client may request to skip any stage of the wip communicating process. If you decide to give me creative freedom, redraw requests at any stage will be at an additional cost.
Delivery:
a. A piece of commission can take from 2 days to 8 weeks depending on my availability and complexity of the commission.
b. Any deadline should be discussed before the payment and a rush fee of 50% may be applied in certain situations.
c. All progress will be sent as screenshots and the final product as PNG in email or Google Drive. PSD will not be provided to the client and will cost an additional fee if requested.

3. What I can draw / won’t draw
a. I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
b. Please keep my art style in mind when commissioning. I will NOT imitate any other art style. I will have my personal interpretation on characters and colours. If you would like the exact colours from your ref sheet for a coloured piece, please say so before I start colouring.

-- Won’t draw: mechs, heavy gore, extreme fetishes…
c. If you are unsure of your request, feel free to ask me!
d. I take mild nsfw/lewd commissions. You must be over 18 to commission nsfw piece from me.

4. Payment information
a. Full payment in USD through Paypal invoice or Ko-fi before I start working unless discussed directly.
b. You can request a full refund before I start the rough sketch, once I start 30% of the total payment is non-refundable to avoid time wasters. Any refund requested after approving the rough sketch will be a case-by-case situation up to the artist’s discretion.
c. I have the right to terminate the commission process without explanation, and refunds will be made accordingly.

5. Other
a. My art is prohibited from AI and NFT uses. This is a zero tolerance policy. I will also not take commission if you use AI art in your reference - I will give one chance if the commissioner is unaware that the reference given is AI.
b. By Commissioning art and service from me, you have agreed to the following terms.
